A man was convicted by a jury in Clairemont County on Thursday to give a drug woman, causing an overdose and dies nearly two years ago.
The Prosecutor of Clairemont Mark Ticolf said in a press statement that Roger Ghrras, 60, was convicted of 12 charges that included unintended killing, convincing, promoting prostitution, people and drug trafficking, and tampering with evidence.
Between 26 and 27 May, 2023, the general prosecutors say that the women attracted women to his residence for the purpose of paying them for sex with money and drugs. He gave the woman a mixture of methamphetamine and fentianil, causing an overdose and dies.
Women are identified as Tabbitha Douglas, 37, according to Enquirer Media Fox19.
During the investigation of the death of Douglas, the Clairemont County Office linked the incident to Graszl and discovered that he would use social media to search for “weak women and drug addicts.” Then he will give them money and drugs to attract them to his residence in favor of nationalities.
In addition, Graszl participated in drug smuggling, the statement, using the money he obtained “for more of his endeavors.”
Graszl faces imprisonment for up to 30 years and will be registered as sexual crimes. The judgment is scheduled to be issued on April 16, before Judge Kevin T. Miles.
