A request to arrest Sanford Police regarding school threats online

Sanford police investigators have arrested a 17 -year -old man regarding online threats to shoot a school.

On March 8, 2025, the Sanford Police Administration was notified of an unknown party line in relation to an unknown intelligence that threatens to shoot at the Siminol High School.

The video showed the topic with many weapons, jackets, and other disturbing elements.

Upon receiving information, Sanford investigators and other law enforcement partners immediately started working to determine the student’s identity.

On March 9, 2025, SPD set the 17 -year -old as a student attending the Sanford High School in Sanford.

The student was present at his residence and was detained without an accident.

The suspect of intimidation accused the written/electronic threat of collective fire/terrorism.

Regarding the incident, the President of Cecil Smith stated, “Determining and arresting and arresting him is the direct result of immediate cooperation and dedication in many local and federal agencies and organizations. This rapid work, group work is likely to be tragedy and a multiple life. Internal Security, Li Sharif County Office, Federal Bureau of Investigation and Siminol County Public Schools.
