A second -class woman from Resda is being accused of allegedly selling fatal doses of fentanel to Wadi Simi’s man, who died due to an overdose.
Faith Faith Charity Walyy, 39, was arrested at her home on Wednesday by the Ventura Provincial Crime Unit and Simi Valley Police after the investigation that included the death of Devin Castler, 28, from Wadi Simi. Medical examinations said that Castler died of a mixture of fentanel and Zelase. Public Prosecutors at the Venta County Office claimed the Prosecutor in a press release, Waili Castler Al -Fintanel.
Walyy also faces fees including a dangerous drug sales, and possesses a controlled substance while the armed and illegal is transported to a firearm and conspiracy. It is held in the main prison of Ventura on bail of $ 750,000.
It was represented in the Ventura Upper Province Court on March 6. No call was entered. The session lasted until Thursday.
The charges and charges come after the investigation conducted by Ventura County Crime Units, the overdose and a special investigation unit from the Wadi Simi police station.
In 2022, Simi Valley Police achieved and arrested on suspicion of drug sales, firearms and conspiracy. According to the DA office, the police seized the Fintanel, Cocaine, Metamafitamine, Heroin, three pistols and about $ 100,000 of housing and storage units in Los Angeles Province.
The arrest of 2022, along with research and arrest in December 2024, is part of the current case against Waili.
