The mayor of Vicalalia Brett Taylor Flossian Bob submitted a certificate of appreciation for the celebration and honoring its birthday 102 on March 6, 2025.
The Pope is 102 years old on Saturday, March 8.

The Pope was born in the Empire, California in 1923. It was the third child of nine. Her father was a farmer and made fields using horses and plowing.
Pope Barbara Baker’s daughter said her aunt was always working hard. Pob worked at Sprigs Electric in Visalia for more than 20 years.
“I grew up in the country of agriculture,” said Bob. I didn’t even know what was the tractor. We used horses in the fields. “
Sharon Booker (the daughter of a great sister) and Flossian Bob celebrated the Pope’s birthday on March 6, 2025.
“She lived a good life,” Booker said. “She took care of herself.”
The Pope and her husband, George, lived in Adobe’s first house in Toulari for 70 years. The house is still standing on South P. Street. She was the mother of one son.
